One easy and original way to cook your beef quarter pounders.

I found out this original way to cook hamburgers just because I was actually bored and sick of only drinking beer. “I must find other ways to consume this divine beverage”I thought by myself, and so, I poured it into my pan with hamburgers. Incredibly, the results were amazing!

Here you can find how to do it:

Ingredients:

  • 4 Teaspoons of Olive Oil;
  • 1 Garlic clove;
  • 2 beef hamburgers (100g each);
  • Salt;
  • Half a cup of beer.

Process:

The first step is to pour the oil into the sauce pan. Then, peel the garlic and throw it in with the oil without cutting it. Heat gently until the garlic clove gets roasted on both sides. This is important as you want the oil to absorb the garlic taste.

In the meantime, take your beef hamburgers and salt them in both sides. Salt them good as you can’t season a burger when it’s cooking. Let them chill a bit, don’t take them directly from the fridge.

When the garlic is browny on both sides it’s time for you to throw it away and replace it with the burgers.

The beef cooks approximately for 5 minutes at a medium-high temperature, make sure you turn them a couple of times, you don’t want a quarter pounder cooked on one side only.

After the 5 minutes of high temperature cooking the time has come. The moment everyone was waiting for, it’s time to pour the beer.

Wow! What a color! And what a smell!

However things are not ready yet!

Let the alcohol evaporate for a couple of minutes and then you are finished.

Here you are with you’re amazing hamburgers touched by the sweet taste of your favouirite beverage.

Incredible!

The taste is not the one of an ordinary hamburger, but you will fall in love with it!

As a side I chose a mix between peas and corn that is and easy side that fits good in a lot of plates.
