This super easy recipe for a nourish bowl, we’ll make your instagram shot worth a thousand likes!

Check it out now:


  • 3 Carrots;
  • 4 Tomatoes;
  • Rocket salad;
  • Hummus;
  • Tinned mackerel;
  • 300g Quinoa;
  • Salt;
  • Olive oil;
  • Juice from one lemon.


Firstly, bring the water to its boiling temperature, salt it and pour the quinoa in.

While you let it cook, cut the tomatoes in a round shape and the carrots in thin stripes using a potato peeler.

It’ll look so fancy in your dish!

Then massage the rocket with the juice of the lemon, it’ll help make it less bitter and more appetising.

When the quinoa is ready mix it with the mackerel and add a bit of olive oil.

Lastly, the most important part!

In a bowl put the quinoa and mackerel, then top it with the tomatoes, carrots, rocket and a nice dollop of hummus.

Here you have your healthy and pretty lunch!
